Editor's Notes: Why are Crissy Rapp’s videos so popular on CHG, because she knows what she is talking about! Crissy, girls fastpitch softball instructor, set several school records as a 4 year starter at Georgetown College. She has coached on the collegiate level, and is now a private instructor at Top Dog Sports. Also, Crissy has a Masters Degree in sports psychology and has worked with several current NFL athletes.
