Title: 24 hour rule
I like the idea of instituting the 24 hour rule. How many ugly confrontations would be avoided if we waited 24 hours. Great advice!

Title: Kid's advocating for themselves
Too many times the parents want to jump into and manage the coach and players relationship. I like the advice in this video. Encourage the kids to be their own advocate! They learn a valuable life lesson and the coach is going to be much more responsive to the kid than an angry parent trying to relive their childhood!
