Crissy Rapp - Sports Psychology

Editor's Notes: We welcome friend of the show, Crissy Rapp, back to the Clubhouse to discuss sports psychology in youth sports. We turn to her for advice because Coach Rapp has a Master's Degree with a specialization in Sports Psychology. Also, she has worked as a mental conditioning coach at Chris Everett’s Tennis Academy and has consulting experience with several current NFL athletes.
