| Youth Football - Properly Fitting a Helmet |
|
Editor's Notes: The most important piece of equipment for a football player besides his cup is his helmet. Back in the Clubhouse is friend of the show, Craig Brooks with Jonquil Sporting Goods, to demonstrate how to properly fit a helmet for your young Heisman Trophy hopeful. Pay close attention when Craig says the helmet should fit tight! The last thing you want to happen is for the helmet to contribute to a concussion instead of prevent a concussion.
